Any person, corporation, partnership, joint ventures company or association that owns, promotes, operates, manages, conducts or sponsors any exhibition, convention, trade show, fair or similar type of exhibition or event in the City at a convention center, exhibition hall, auditorium or similar building, or on the grounds adjacent thereto shall be responsible for employing sufficient security officers as shall be approved as part of the public safety plan submitted with the license application required by Section 725.02.
