1747.04 REGISTRATION OF CONTRACTOR/APPLICANTS.

Before a permit shall be issued, the contractor/applicant shall be registered as a contractor with the City pursuant to Chapter 1705 of these Codified Ordinances and shall have all requisite insurance in place pursuant thereto. The provisions of Chapter 1705 shall remain unchanged by this section.
