1705.13 ELECTRICAL LICENSES REQUIRED.

(a) Except as provided in Sections 1705.01, 1705.03 and 1705.14, all installations of electrical wiring and/or equipment for which a permit is required shall be made only by or under the direct supervision of persons licensed under the provisions of this chapter.

(b) A permit authorizing a firm or corporation to install work for which a license is required shall be issued only to a licensed responsible member, officer or employee of such firm or corporation, on record as such with the Commissioner of Buildings.
