923.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   “Director” means the Service Director of the City.

   (b)   “Ordinary household waste” or “OW” means sewage with loadings not in excess of those for which the District's waste water treatment facilities were designed to accept, that being OW having concentrations or loadings not in excess of 250 mg/liter (“mg/l”) of suspended solids (“SS”), 185 mg/l of biochemical oxygen demand material (“BOD”), nine mg/l Phosphorus (“P”) and fifty mg/l of oil and grease (“O&G”).
   (c)   The definitions contained in the regulations adopted pursuant to Section 923.02 are incorporated herein by reference, the same as though fully rewritten at length.
