131.04 BENEFITS FOR CERTAIN POLICE AND FIRE OFFICERS.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement, award and extend benefits to the Chief of Police, Chief of Fire, Executive Officer of the Police Department and Assistant Fire Chief equal or approximately equal to that of the members of the pertinent bargaining units and to award additional benefits as the Mayor deems appropriate.
