§ 34.65 CONFLICT WITH OTHER LAWS.
   Whenever the requirements or provisions of this subchapter are in conflict with the requirements or provisions of any other lawfully adopted ordinance, the more restrictive requirements shall apply. Further, this subchapter shall not restrict or replace cost recovery from funding sources available under state and federal regulations.
