§ 152.02 RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF MOBILE HOMES OUTSIDE ZONED AND LICENSED TRAILER COURTS.
   It shall be a civil offense for any mobile home to be used, stored or placed on any lot, or serviced by the utilities of the city, where said mobile home is outside any duly zoned and licensed trailer court, within the said city, unless the owner thereof or his or her authorized representative shall first obtain a permit where it can be readily seen on said mobile home. No such permit will be issued unless all the space requirements of the Zoning Code of said city are met.
