(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Each and every entry into the park, regardless of the time period involved, shall constitute a separate offense under § 130.01 of this chapter.
(C) Any person violating any provision of § 130.13 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be assessed a civil penalty not to exceed $25.
