§ 73.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) (1) Any person who violates the terms of §§ 73.01 through 73.04 of this chapter shall be punished as provided in this section.

(2) Any violation of regulations set forth in §§ 73.01 through 73.04 of this chapter shall be charged against the registered owner of the motorized cart, and all fines and penalties shall be levied against the registered owner of the motorized cart. All fines and penalties shall be set by the City Judge.

(3) All motorized carts and LSMVs shall obey all state and local motor vehicle laws. Any violation of state or local motor vehicle laws shall be charged against the operator of the motorized cart of LSMV. All fines and penalties shall be levied according to state and local law.
