(A) The cost for residential refuse/garbage disposal shall be $16.15 per month per dwelling unit, payable monthly to the Utility Department.
(B) The commercial rates shall be based on yardage of dumpster, if dumpster is shared or single use and on volume of sanitation collected.
(1) Base rate of $38 shall be charged to all commercial accounts that have chosen to contract out of city services for their sanitation.
(2) Minimal dumpster fees are set as follows:
(a) | 3.5-yard dumpster service fee | $104 per month |
(b) | 3.5-yard with dumpster rental | $124 per month |
(c) | 4-yard dumpster service fee | $112 per month |
(d) | 4-yard dumpster with rental | $132 per month |
(e) | 6-yard dumpster service fee | $146 per month |
(f) | 6-yard dumpster with rental | $166 per month |
(g) | 8-yard dumpster service fee | $176 per month |
(h) | 8-yard dumpster with rental | $196 per month |
(C) Custom services shall be based on the base and minimal dumpster fees and provided to the Utility Board on an annual basis and as new customers are established for sanitation services.
