(A) The city shall collect all refuse and trash within the city. Private contractors presently serving locations within the corporate limits shall be allowed to fulfill the obligations of their current contracts but all future contracts shall be subject to the approval of the City Manager.
(B) Collections will be made by the city at all existing pick-up points and those that will be created in the future. Collection routes shall be designated and the days and time of collections determined by the Public Works Director and approved by the City Manager.
