§ 35.146 CITY MANAGER; ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION.
   Annual performance evaluations of the City Manager will be conducted each May. The City Commission and the City Manager shall agree as to the form and content of the evaluation. The City Commission may enlist assistance from MTAS to help with creating the form, tallying the results, and/or presenting a summary report.
