§ 35.145 CLERK CERTIFICATIONS.
   The city adopts by reference the requirements of Public Acts 1994, Ch. 648 (Tenn. Code Ann. § 6-54-120), which is attached to the ordinance codified herein and made a part thereof as if it were fully set out in the text of this section.
