§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of the state codes adopted in § 150.01 shall be subject to the following penalties:
      (1)   Violators of the State Building Code shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $1000 for each offense. (KRS 198B.990(1))
      (2)   Violators of the State Standards of Safety shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $1000, imprisonment for not more than 60 days, or both, for each offense. (KRS 227.990(1))
      (3)   Violators of the State Plumbing Code shall be, upon conviction, guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100, imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both, for each offense. (KRS 318.990)
   (B)   Any person found to be in violation of §§ 150.15 through 150.18 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense and each day any violation continues uncorrected shall be considered an additional violation hereof. (Ord. 91-014, passed 7-22-91)
   (C)   Whoever violates any provision of § 150.31 shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $50 per day for each day that the violation exists. Each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
