§ 150.18 CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.

Should this subchapter or any part of hereof be deemed to be in conflict with the previously enacted planning and zoning ordinance or with subdivision regulations applying to the city then the planning and zoning ordinance and/or subdivision regulations shall be deemed to be controlling.
