(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than $250.
(B) Failure by any customer to pay for such garbage services (as stated in §§ 50.15 et seq.) shall result in the discontinuation of this service or any other utility service provided by the city and the application of any deposit held by the city will be applied to the deficiency.
