Franchisee shall provide carts for all residential and commercial customers. There shall be no additional charge for residential users requiring more than one cart. However, commercial users shall pay $3.50 for each cart in excess of two. Usage of said carts shall be mandatory for all customers. Residential customers shall be provided one cart initially and may receive additional carts upon showing of need.
