Regulations for collection and disposal of garbage, trash and debris, as well as the rates therefor are embodied within this subchapter, Resolution # 2023-01 and the bid documents of the successful bidder. Any contract entered into between the City of Eminence and Rumpke subsequent to the adoption of this subchapter shall incorporate this subchapter, Resolution # 2023-01 and the bid documents by reference. Provided, this subchapter, Resolution # 2023-01 and the bid document shall constitute the contract in the absence of any other signed agreement. Industrial customers having waste requiring disposal other than that utilized for residential and commercial waste may contract with any qualified entity they desire for the collection of refuse, garbage or industrial waste unless otherwise provided in a subsequent ordinance.
