Any person, firm, corporation, or partnership found to be in violation of this chapter shall, for first offense, be given a warning citation. Any person, firm, corporation, or partnership found to have violated this chapter in excess of one time, shall be cited to be in violation of this chapter and shall be summoned to appear in the Henry District Court, New Castle, Kentucky. In addition to court costs and fines as may be assessed by the Henry District Court, such person shall be liable for restitution to the city as set forth in § 50.99.
