1391.122   STANDARDS FOR REPAIR, VACATION, DEMOLITION; BARRICADING.
   The following standards shall be followed in substance by the Chief Building Official in ordering repair, vacation or demolition:
   (a)   If the unsafe building can reasonably be barricaded so that it will no longer exist in violation of the terms within Section 1391.115, it shall be ordered barricaded.
   (b)   If the unsafe building can reasonably be repaired, within the time frames set forth in this chapter, so that it will no longer exist in violation of the terms within Section 1391.115, it shall be ordered repaired.
   (c)   If the unsafe building is in such condition as to make it dangerous to the health, safety or general welfare of the occupants, the Chief Building Official shall order that said building be vacated until such time as said building no longer exists in violation of the terms within Section 1391.115.
   (d)   If any case where an unsafe building is 50% damaged or decayed, or deteriorated from its original value or structure, and in all cases where an unsafe building cannot be repaired so that it will no longer exist in violation of the terms of this chapter, it shall be demolished.
