1331.02 FILE AND DISTRIBUTION COPIES.
   One copy of the Ohio Plumbing Code, as adopted in Section 1331.01, is on file with the Clerk of Council for inspection by the public.

1331.03 APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION.
   An application for registration shall be made in writing to the Building Department, stating the name, address and place of business of the principal of the firm or corporation making the application who will act as the supervisor of the work to be performed under the registration. All applications for registration shall be reviewed by the Building Official.

1331.04 REGISTRATION HOLDER.
   Each applicant for a registration issued in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall have obtained a State license which was issued pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 4740. In the event any registered holder is associated with or employed by a business and such association with or the employment of the holder of a City registration is terminated, such business shall notify the Building Official within ten day of such termination and such registration shall become void after 90 days unless another associate or employee of said business, licensed by the State of Ohio, becomes registered. No registration or certificate issued in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall be assignable or transferable.

1331.05 REVOCATION OF REGISTRATION.
   Any registered plumbing contractor's registration may be suspended or revoked by the Building Office in accordance with Section 1321.05.

1331.06 PERMIT APPLICATION.
   An application for a permit shall be filed in writing with the Building Department on a form furnished for that purpose and signed by the applicant. The application shall give the correct address of the work and describe and enumerate the work, with such other information as may be required.

1331.07 DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED.
   Drawings and specifications shall be required, in sufficient detail, to enable the Plumbing Inspector to determine that any purposed work for which a permit has been applied for will be in conformity with the provisions of this chapter.

1331.08 PERMIT FEES.
   Fees for plumbing permits shall be as provided in Chapter 109.

1331.09 APPROVAL OF MATERIALS, DEVICES, ETC.
   All plumbing materials, devices, fixtures, appliances, and other equipment used or installed in the City shall be of a type approved by the Board of Building Standards. Unless specifically disapproved by formal action of the Board, materials, devices, fixtures, appliances, and other equipment that bear the label of approval of Underwriters' Laboratories, Inc., or any other agency approved by the State Board of Building Standards, shall be deemed approved by the Board.
