1177.08 BUILDING REQUIREMENTS.
   Building requirements for properties within the R-PUD shall be as follows:
   A.   The maximum building height shall be thirty-five (35) feet for all principal uses of the lot.
   B.   The maximum building height for accessory buildings shall be regulated by the underlying zoning district requirements.
