Yard requirements shall be as follows:
A. Minimum Front Yard Setback.
1. The minimum setback from a public street right of way line to a building shall be thirty (30) feet.
2. The minimum setback from the edge of a private street to the front of a building shall be twenty (20) feet.
B. The minimum distance between buildings containing two (2) or more dwelling units shall be twenty (20) feet, between two (2) single-household dwellings shall be twelve (12) feet and between a single-household dwelling and a two-household dwelling shall be fifteen (15) feet..
C. Minimum Side and Rear Yard Setbacks.
The minimum distance between a building and an abutting side or rear lot line shall be twenty (20) feet.
