Lot requirements shall be as follows:
A. Maximum densities shall be no more than seven (7) units per acre.
B. A minimum lot size of four (4) acres shall be required for planned developments.
C. Minimum open spaces shall be thirty percent (30%) of the total land area, exclusive of public and private streets.
D. A minimum one hundred (100) foot frontage upon a public street shall be required.
