1162.08 MINIMUM REAR YARD SETBACK.
   The minimum rear yard setback in the B-AO Business-Automotive Oriented District shall be thirty (30) feet.

1162.09 MINIMUM DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.
   A.   The distance between any part of an underground storage tank to any property line shall be not less than three (3) feet.
   B.   Any establishment providing or requiring fuel pumping facilities, shall have these facilities located not less than twenty (20) feet from any right-of-way line and not less than twenty (20) feet from any other lot line. Where such pumping facilities are within twenty-five (25) feet of a right-of-way line, there shall be a masonry curb not less than six (6) inches above grade along the right-of-way line between driveways.

1162.10 MAXIMUM HEIGHT REGULATIONS.
   The maximum height regulations for properties in a B-AO Business-Automotive Oriented District shall be as follows:
   A.   No principal building shall exceed twenty-five (25) feet in height.
   B.   No accessory building shall exceed fifteen (15) feet in height.

1162.11 OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING.
   Off-street parking and loading shall be required as specified in Chapter 1175.

1162.12 SCREENING AND BUFFERING.
   Screening and buffering shall be required as specified in Section 1137.14.

1162.13 LAND USE INTENSITY.
   Buildings in the B-AO Business-Automotive Oriented District shall occupy no more than thirty-five percent (35%) of the total lot area.
