1152.13 OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING.
   Off-street parking and loading shall be required as specified in Chapter 1175. However, not less than twenty (20) feet of horizontal open space on the ground shall be provided between any principal building and the curb line of any surface parking area or access drive. Furthermore, no one area dedicated for the off-street parking of motor vehicles, except for enclosed garages, shall exceed thirty (30) parking spaces in capacity. Separate parking areas on a parcel shall be physically separated by planting strips a minimum of ten (10) feet in width. The strips shall include a pedestrian/handicapped accessible crossover every fifteen cars or less.

1152.14 LAND USE INTENSITY.
   Buildings in the R-MHH Residential-Multi-Household High Density District shall occupy not more than the following:
   A.   Multi-household dwellings of four (4) dwelling units shall occupy not more than fifty percent (50%) of the total lot area.
   B.   Multi-household dwellings of five (5) or more dwelling units shall occupy not more than sixty percent (60%) of the total lot area.
   C.   Any other permitted use shall not occupy more than thirty percent (30%) of the total lot area.

1152.15 SCREENING OF NONRESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   When a lot in a multi-household district abuts a nonresidential district, landscaping and/or fencing, a minimum of six (6) feet in height, shall be provided within the side or rear yard abutting such district to visually screen the nonresidential land use from the residential district.

1152.16 SCREENING OF TRASH COLLECTION AREAS.
   Trash and/or garbage collection areas for all multi-household residential buildings shall be enclosed by a decorative solid wall or solid fence of at least four feet in height or such greater height as needed to completely enclose the containers from top to bottom, if such refuse container is not within an enclosed building or structure. Such solid wall or fence shall be situated so as to screen the view of the collection area from adjacent streets and properties.
