The minimum lot area and width for properties in the R-MHH Residential- Multi-Household High Density District are as follows:
A. A multi-household dwelling of four (4) dwelling units shall have a minimum lot area of not less than twenty-two thousand (22,000) square feet and a width of not less than one hundred twenty (120) feet.
B. Multi-household dwellings of five (5) dwelling units or more shall have a minimum lot area of not less than two (2) acres for new development and not less that one (1) acre for redevelopment and a width of not less than two hundred (200) feet for new development and a width of not less than one hundred fifty (150) feet for redevelopment.
C. Any other permitted use shall have a minimum lot area of not less than one (1) acre and a width of not less than one hundred fifty (150) feet.

The maximum number of multi-household units permitted on a tract of land shall be based on the square footage of lot area per dwelling unit. For 1, 2 and 3 bedroom dwelling units, a minimum of one thousand two hundred fifty (1,250) square feet of lot area per dwelling unit is required. For 4 or more bedroom dwelling units, a minimum of two thousand five hundred (2,500) square feet of lot area per dwelling unit is required.

The minimum side yard setback for properties in an R-MHH Residential-Multi- Household High Density District shall be as follows:
A. Multi-household dwellings of four (4) dwelling units shall have a minimum side yard of not less than twelve (12) feet with a total minimum side yard setback of thirty (30) feet.
B. Multi-household dwellings of five (5) dwelling units or more shall have a minimum side yard of not less than twenty (20) feet for buildings less than forty (40) feet in height. Buildings forty (40) feet or greater in height shall have a minimum side yard of not less than one-half (1/2) the height of the building.
C. Other uses shall have a minimum side yard of not less than twenty (20) feet with a total minimum side yard setback of fifty (50) feet.

The maximum height regulations for properties in an R-MHH Residential-Multi-Household High Density District shall be as follows:
A. No multi-household dwellings of four (4) dwelling units shall exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height.
B. No multi-household dwellings of five (5) or more dwelling units shall exceed seventy-five (75) feet in height.
C. No accessory building shall exceed fifteen (15) feet in height.

A. The locations of buildings on the lot and the separation of their facing walls in relation to each other, to adjacent streets and to required yard areas, shall provide:
1. Adequate light and ventilation to protect the health of the occupants and users thereof;
2. Necessary ingress and egress and maneuvering area for fire-fighting equipment and other emergency vehicles; and
3. A reasonable degree of visual and audible privacy between adjacent buildings for the residents and occupants.
B. The minimum horizontal distance between facing walls of any two or more buildings on the lot shall be as follows:
1. Two (2) facing walls, both containing a window or windows, shall in no case be less than the average height of the facing walls, but not less than forty (40) feet apart.
2. Two (2) facing walls, only one of which contains a window or windows, shall in no case, be less than thirty (30) feet apart.
3. Two (2) facing walls, neither of which contains a window or windows, shall in no case be less than twenty (20) feet apart.
4. The shortest distance of separation between corners of any two (2) buildings, where there are no facing walls, shall be not less than twenty (20) feet.
5. Facing walls are walls opposite to and parallel with one (1) another, or walls which are so oriented that their wall lines extended intersect at an angle of less than sixty-five (65) degrees.
