1144.06 MINIMUM LOT FRONTAGE.
   Lot frontage for properties in the R-MD Residential-Medium Density District shall not be less than sixty (60) feet; except that on curvilinear streets and on cul-de-sac turnarounds, the frontage may be reduced to thirty-eight (38) feet.

1144.07 MINIMUM FRONT YARD SETBACK.
   The minimum front yard setback for properties in the R-MD Residential-Medium Density District shall be not less than thirty (30) feet.

1144.08 MINIMUM SIDE YARD SETBACK.
   The minimum side yard setback for properties in the R-MD Residential-Medium Density District shall be as follows:
   A.   Single household detached dwellings shall have a minimum side yard of not less than six (6) feet with a total minimum side yard setback of sixteen (16) feet.
   B.   Other uses shall have a minimum side yard of not less than eight (8) feet with a total minimum side yard setback of eighteen (18) feet.

1144.09 MINIMUM REAR YARD SETBACK.
   The minimum rear yard setback for properties in the R-MD Residential-Medium Density District shall be not less than thirty (30) feet.

1144.10 MAXIMUM HEIGHT REGULATIONS.
   The maximum height regulations for properties in the R-MD Residential-Medium Density District are as follows:
   A.   No principal building shall exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height.
   B.   No accessory building shall exceed fifteen (15) feet in height.

1144.11 OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING.
   Off-street parking and loading shall be required as specified in Chapter 1175.

1144.12 LAND USE INTENSITY.
   Buildings in the R-MD Residential-Medium Density District shall occupy not more than thirty percent (30%) of the total lot area.
   EXCEPTION: For each five hundred (500) square feet of lot area under seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet, add one percent (1%) to the thirty percent (30%), not to exceed thirty-five percent (35%).
