937.16 ACCOUNTING FOR USER CHARGES RECEIVED.

All moneys received shall be deposited into an established account at a bank in accordance with the requirements of State law. Such moneys are to be accounted for in separate accounts within the Wastewater Pollution Control Fund. The moneys collected from the debt service charge rate billing shall be credited to the Sewer Service/Debt Account and shall be used only for payment of debt.
