The fees collected under this chapter shall be held by the City Auditor in the Waste Water Treatment Plant Improvement Fund. Investments of such moneys may be made as authorized by the City Treasury Investment Board. Interest earned on such moneys shall be credited to the Fund. Council, by ordinance, may authorize expenditures from the Fund for both the design and construction of projects for the repair or improvement of sanitary sewers, lift stations and the Waste Water Treatment Plant.
