The fee for the license required by Section 713.01 shall be as follows: for each circus, carnival, sideshow, musical or minstrel entertainment, or exhibition of monsters or freaks of nature, forty dollars ($40.00) for the first day and twenty dollars ($20.00) for each day thereafter. However, such fee shall not amount to more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) in any one week.
