(a) In addition to the provisions of Section 711.06(e), having to do with revocation of permits, whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; any such violation shall constitute a separate offense of each successive day continued.
(b) Any violation of the customer service standards adopted in Section 711.15 shall be punishable by a civil penalty of two hundred dollars ($200.00), enforceable through the Elyria Municipal Court. There shall be a penalty of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each day that a violation of any regulation occurs or continues.
