In case of failure on the part of any person convicted under any provision of the Codified Ordinances to pay the fine and costs assessed against him, such person shall be imprisoned until he has earned, at the rate of ten dollars ($10.00) per day, a sum equal to such fine and costs.
(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2313.14, jurors serving in the Municipal Court shall be compensated at the rate of twelve dollars and fifty cents ($12.50) per day.
(b) The expense of a necessary evening meal at a reasonable cost shall be paid, but no mileage or noon meal expense shall be paid to such jurors.

(c) Jury Commissioners shall be compensated at the rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day.
