Pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Office of Equal Opportunity issued under this chapter, the Affirmative Action Officer is hereby authorized to exempt any bids submitted to the City, for supplies or materials only and in an amount of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) or less, from the requirement of submitting complete affirmative action tables.
