165.16 JOB APPLICANT TRAVEL EXPENSES.

(a) The City Auditor is hereby authorized to pay travel expenses of job applicants for professional and administrative positions with the City, upon approval of the Mayor.

(b) The expenditure referred to in subsection (a) hereof shall be paid from and charged against the fund from which the position will be compensated.
