165.11 COMPENSATION FOR ACTING DEPARTMENT AND DIVISION HEADS.

When the City determines that a temporary vacancy in a department or division head position needs to be filled, the rate of pay received by such acting department or division head shall be the same as that received by the replaced department or division head.
