(a) The following employees shall give a performance bond in the following amounts:
(1) All Council members $200.
(2) Administrative Legal Counsel 200.
(3) Administrative Finance Counsel 200.
(b) The City provides a surety bond for the following employees in the following amounts:
(1) Mayor $ 10,000.
(2) City Finance Director 50,000.
(3) City Law Director 10,000.
(4) Municipal Court Clerk 50,000.
(5) Tax Administrator 10,000.
(6) Police Chief 20,000.
(7) All other employees 7,500.
