(a) Law Enforcement. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to create a new fund to be called the Law Enforcement Special Revenue Fund for the collection of the proceeds of the sale of contraband and unclaimed or forfeited property not retained for law enforcement or public use, as more fully set forth in Ohio R.C. 2933.43.

(b) Mandatory Drug Fine. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to create a new fund to be called the Mandatory Drug Fine Special Revenue Fund for the collection of mandatory drug fines to subsidize the funding of the City's law enforcement efforts that pertain to drug offenses, as more fully set forth in Ohio R.C. 2925.03(J).

(c) Alcohol Enforcement and Education. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to create a special revenue fund to be called the Alcohol Enforcement and Education Fund, for the receipt of fine moneys collected for violations of Sections 333.01 and 335.07 of the Traffic Code and for expending moneys for the enforcement and education of alcohol related offenses, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4511.99.

(d) COPS AHEAD. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to create a special revenue fund to be called the COPS AHEAD Fund, for revenues and expenditures, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5705.09.

(e) Middle Avenue Improvement Fund. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to create a new State Issue II Capital Projects Fund entitled the Middle Avenue Improvement Fund.
