SECTION 11.01 HEALTH DISTRICT.

The City may be a separate health district, or may be combined with another health district, or may contract with another health district to furnish public health services to the City, and shall be organized and shall have such powers and duties as is now or may hereafter be provided or permitted by the Constitution and the laws of the State of Ohio.
