§ 150.178 SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPLICATION REVIEW PROCEDURES.
   (A)   As provided by § 150.171 the Council is the land use authority for special exception applications.
   (B)   The review and approval procedures for a special exception application may be conducted concurrently with those required for a preliminary subdivision application, as identified by § 150.073 herein.
