§ 150.073 FINAL MINOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION - LAND USE AUTHORITY AND PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION.
   (A)   The City Council is hereby identified as the land use authority for final minor subdivision applications.
   (B)   Prior to the City Council considering a final minor subdivision application, the Planning Commission shall transmit recommendations to the City Council for consideration.
