§ 150.171 SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPLICATION - COUNCIL IDENTIFIED AS LAND USE AUTHORITY - COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION REQUIRED.
   (A)   The Council is hereby identified as the land use authority for a special exception application.
   (B)   Prior to the Council considering a special exception application, the Commission shall transmit a recommendation to the Council. The review procedures for the consideration of a special exception application by the Council herein.
