§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Each violation of §§ 91.01, 91.07 and 91.08 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of up to $500 per day.
   (C)   Violations of §§ 91.20 through 91.40 of this chapter, without specific penalty provisions, shall be punishable by a fine of $50 for each violation.
   (D)   (1)   Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of the provisions of § 91.28(A) of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $200 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of such failure to comply.
      (2)   Each violation of § 91.28(B) of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of $100 per day that the owner of the dog is in violation.
   (E)   Violation of § 91.38 of this chapter is unlawful and any violation shall be punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of $100 per occurrence.
   (F)   Violations of §§ 91.02 and 91.26 of this chapter, upon conviction, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined $50 for the first offense, $100 for the second offense and $150 for each subsequent offense. These fines shall be in addition to any and all costs incurred by the village, and all other costs allowed by law.
