§ 91.08 FERAL CATS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly feed or provide sustenance for feral cats within the municipality.
   (B)   It shall not be a violation of the municipal ordinances for an individual using “live traps” to trap and remove feral cats from the municipality.
