The Commissioner shall keep or cause to be kept a complete record of all the licenses issued by him or her and shall furnish the Clerk of the village, the Treasurer of the village, and the Chief of Police each
with a copy thereof upon the issuance of any new license, and shall notify each of the officers, in writing, upon the issuance of any new licenses or revocation of any old licenses.
