§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of § 130.20 shall be a Class 1 misdemeanor. In addition to the penalties elsewhere provided for a Class 1 misdemeanor, the Court shall require violators to pay restitution to the political subdivision whose emergency telephone system was misused, in an amount equal to the expense incurred by that political subdivision to respond to the non-emergency calls made by the violator. The restitution payments shall not exceed $100 per call.

   (C)   A violation of either § 130.21(A) or (B) shall constitute a Class 1 misdemeanor offense and any person convicted of a violation of either § 130.21(A) or (B) shall be punished by a fine of not less than $350 nor more than $2,500, and mandatory community service of not less than 50 hours nor more than 100 hours.
