§ 130.20 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE; MISUSE OF.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to misuse the emergency telephone service.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      EMERGENCY. A situation in which property and/or human health or life are in immediate jeopardy.
      EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE. A telephone system utilizing a single three-digit number “911” for reporting police, fire, medical, or other emergencies.
      MISUSE OF THE EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE. Repeatedly calling “911” for non-emergency situations or falsely reporting an emergency to “911”.
      REPEATEDLY. Four or more times within a 30-day period.
