232.11 AUTHORITY OF COUNCIL RE PERSONNEL DURING DISABILITY OF MANAGER.

The power to hire and fire Municipal employees shall be exercized by the Borough Council during any period that the Borough Manager is disabled and not able to perform his or her duties.
