232.02   APPOINTMENT; REMOVAL.
   Following the enactment of original Ordinance 2105, passed November 18, 1991, and when determined by the majority of the members of Council, Council may proceed with advertising and receiving applications for the position of Borough Manager. The person selected and appointed to fill the office of Borough Manager must be so appointed by a majority vote of the members of Council and shall serve at the pleasure of Council. The Manager shall be subject to removal at any time by a majority vote of all the members of Council. At least thirty days before such removal becomes effective, Council may furnish the Manager with a written statement setting forth its intention to remove the Manager and the reasons therefor.
