1046.20 ENTRANCE CABLE OR CONDUIT FOR OVERHEAD SERVICE.

The customer shall provide a solid support bolt and bracket for attachment of the Borough's service wires not less than twelve feet above the ground line, and the customer's entrance conduit or cable shall be extended to meet this point of attachment.
